Try before you pay
A free tier is available so you can evaluate the dashboard before subscribing. We encourage you to use it to decide whether the Pro plan is right for you.
Subscription billing
- Pro is billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly, quarterly, or annually — through our payment processor, Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel.
- We'll always show the price before you confirm a subscription. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time — no email or phone call required:
- Go to your account page.
- Open the billing portal and choose to cancel your subscription.
When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing. You keep full Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for, after which the account reverts to the free tier. We do not automatically prorate or refund the remainder of a paid period on cancellation (see refunds below).
Refunds
Because the Service provides immediate, ongoing access to digital content, fees are generally non-refundable. That said, we want you to be satisfied:
- 14-day money-back guarantee (first purchase). If you're not happy with your first Pro subscription, contact us within 14 days of that initial charge and we'll refund it in full.
- Billing errors. If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a renewal after a confirmed cancellation — let us know and we'll make it right.
- Renewals. Recurring renewal charges are non-refundable once the new period begins, so please cancel before your renewal date if you don't wish to continue. We may grant discretionary refunds for unused renewals on a case-by-case basis.
How to request a refund
Email scriptthemarket@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Refund request.” Include the date of the charge and a brief reason. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above and apply to purchases made after the change. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
